When you elect to donate $500 or more within a single year to the Care Center Foundation, whether through a one-time contribution, recurring donation, or by supporting our programs, you become a valued member of our philanthropic community. As a member of the Partners Program, you will receive a small gift expressing our gratitude for your commitment to our mission. Donors may also request to have their name added to our “Community Partners” section of the homepage.
