Community Partnerships

With the help from our Community Partnerships, the Care Center Foundation is able to empower those who give and receive from our programs and services.

We receive donations from partners in our community that we use to facilitate the services we provide.

They allow us to be the center in a web of love and generosity. We are then able to…

  1. Give gifts of kindness
  2. Be hands of hope
  3. Give meals, a smile, and opportunity
  4. Promote community partnerships

We want to thank all  our partners for their generosity – Hams from St. Marks Lutheran Church for our Ham distribution event, Paul’s Lutheran Church Lionville and St. Elizabeth Parish School provide turkeys and thanksgiving sides for our annual Turkey Day, we’ve received bikes from Pine St Carpenters, school supplies from the Century Club, backpacks from Grove Methodist Church, perishables from the Salvation Army, St. Paul’s Baptist Church provides access to a Free Clothing Closet for parents seeking clothing for work and children’s clothing, and the Secret Santa by St. Simon and Jude.

All these initiatives are gifts from partners in our community that are redistributed through the Care Center Foundation to the families that need them.

We have social uplift programs happening on valentines day, mothers day, and when kids go back to school.

Because of our partnership with CCIU, we have Pre-K Counts and Head Start programs at our center.

Partners in operation: Paisley Solutions, Meridian Bank, Wells Fargo, Barbacane and Thornton, Kevin Dunleavy

Many thanks to our partners who have been working with us for over 25 years!
