The Care Center Foundation is seeking a dedicated Child Care Assistant to join our team. Deeply rooted in our community since 1982, we are committed to providing high-quality childcare services while fostering opportunities for growth and empowerment for families.

Our Child Care Assistant will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for the children under our care. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the well-being of our children, supervising playtime, assisting with hygiene routines, preparing meals and snacks, and facilitating developmentally appropriate activities. You will collaborate with our team of educators and caregivers to create a positive and enriching experience for our children.

We are looking for individuals who possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant certifications such as early childhood education and First Aid Training. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required. Above all, we seek candidates who share our commitment to excellence, innovation, inclusion, and community empowerment.
